I then replaced gas tank fitting at gas tank fuel line and bulb fuel line fitting on motor side. Still the same issue. Shop said the new fuel pump might have been faulty - they warranteed it and replaced.
If one is open or OL then it is bad. Another thing to do is check the battery voltage when motor is running. Then check it when under a bit of throttle and see what type of voltage it is throwing.
